Payments

Payments are accepted only through secure Indian UPI and wallet systems such as:

Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, and other BHIM UPI-supported apps.

We do not store UPI IDs, transaction details, or payment credentials.

All payments are processed through the respective platforms’ secure gateways.

Third-Party Partnerships

If we partner with third-party services for technical or payment processing:

They operate under strict confidentiality agreements

They follow all Indian data protection laws

They do not have access to your private information

Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels.

Your browsing activity remains private and untracked.

Data Storage & Security

Since we do not store user data, there is no risk of leaks, misuse, or unauthorized access.

Updates to their profile information

Complete deletion of their profile

There is no dashboard access because no data is stored after on boarding.

By using Heart Beat Digital, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions designed to ensure a safe and transparent experience for all creators.

Purpose of Service

Heart Beat Digital is a creator promotion and audience growth platform.

We help verified creators gain real, organic visibility never through bots, fake traffic, or artificial methods.

We do not offer dashboards or login portals. All promotions are managed by our internal team.

Subscription Plans

Creators can choose from three monthly plans:

Bronze - ₹499/month

199-249 estimated interactions

Silver - ₹999/month

249-499 estimated interactions

Gold - ₹1,499/month

499-999 estimated interactions

All interaction counts are estimates and may vary based on audience activity and visibility.

Plan Upgrade:

Upgrading to a higher plan gives you a flat 25% discount, encouraging smooth creator growth.

Payment Terms

Payments are accepted only via verified Indian UPI and wallet apps.

We do not accept cash, cards, or international methods.

Refunds are not available once a service cycle begins, unless there is a verified technical error from our side.

Interaction Definition

An interaction refers to a real audience response within our internal promotional network.

Numbers are estimates based on visibility and timing.

Content Responsibility

Creators are responsible for ensuring their shared content is original, legal, and compliant with community guidelines.

Platform Integrity

We ensure organic exposure but do not guarantee specific results, follower counts, or targeted outcomes.
